Delivery options and delivery time estimates

We strive to pack all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will generally be packed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will generally be packed the following business day. Once your order has been packed, it will be handed over to the selected carrier, who will then be responsible for the delivery. The estimated delivery time applies from the time the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and depends on the selected shipping method.


All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

Regular service in Europe is approx. 2-3 business days after the package has been shipped.

In busy periods like sale, or for deliveries to mall islands, there may be delays in relation to the stated delivery time estimates.

Non-EU customers  

For UK customers VAT is included when shopping at uk.skallstudio.pro
For Norwegian customers VAT is included when shopping at no.skallstudio.pro
For U.S. customers all prices include taxes and duties at us.skallstudio.pro

Please note:

Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU has to go through custom clearance and it’s the customers own responsibility to pay the given taxes and duties.

Depending on the shipping destination, you will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, this is the customers own responsibility to pay.

Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
